These chips were made by using sun-dried tomato fajitas cut into wedges. I added chunks of pizza cheese, hash brown, crumbled bacon, peppers and Mozzarella cheese. I sprinkled green onion on top and baked it for about 25 minutes. It made the perfect lunch time snack. </div>

I added a Mozzarella cheese sauce with cracked black pepper, onion and garlic powder, and covered it with bread crumbs and more Mozzarella cheese and chives. When I was younger and went to church functions, there was always these hors d'oeuvres on a plate.</div>

There was 1 piece of a cheddar cheese, a chunk of pineapple and a piece of Vienna Sausage. They were so good. Every once in a while someone would use an onion instead of pineapple. I was one of those people who grabbed one up, put it in my mouth and the onion touched my tongue and it was game over. I was sick as three dogs, two cats and a monkey. I'm not a lover of onion. I had these leftover baby potatoes from supper and needed to pull a quick meal together. I decided to make loaded baby potatoes and this is the result.</div>

In mini individual baking dishes, I added the baby potatoes. I tossed in red onion, bell peppers and leftover chicken. I mixed up a little olive oil with pepper, onion and garlic powder and poured it over the potatoes. I sprinkled Mozzarella cheese over everything and popped it into the heated oven for 25 minutes. Done! </div>

It is hard to feed my Dad these days. With all his medical issues the list of food he can eat is drastically smaller than the list of food he can eat by 80% or so. I try to come up with colorful food, interesting meals with poultry and vegetables he can eat. It is quite difficult to do. There are only so many things you can bake or make.</div>

Each kabob had a piece of chicken breast, celery, bell pepper, red onion and mushroom. I made some without the chicken as well for my brother as he was eating a hamburger. The chicken kabobs were just for Dad. He scoffs at having to eat so much chicken but didn’t even grumble when these were set in front of him. I call that success.</div>

Toutons are a traditional Newfoundland treat consisting of leftover dough that has been fried and covered in Molasses. I loved Toutons growing up but my Grandmother served me mine with apple sauce. I was never a lover of molasses but she could convince me to eat different foods if there was applesauce. I still love applesauce and it reminds me of her whenever I dip something. <em style="box-sizing: border-box;">We also put applesauce in our turkey dressing as well.</em></div>

<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Take a loaf of your left over bread dough and cut it into bite size pieces</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Allow it to rise on a warm stove.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">When the toutons are of the desired size you are ready to go.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Heat up about 1/2 cup of oil in a skillet.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Add the toutons one by one.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">I can usually get about 6-8 toutons in my skillet at a time.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">As they brown, turn them over and remove them from the oil after both sides have browned.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">I let them drain and cool before I dip them in chocolate.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">The chocolate is easy to melt.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Just grab a cup full of chocolate chips and put them into a glass measuring cup to melt in the microwave or drop them into a dipper and heat on 4-5 while stirring until the chocolate chips begin to melt.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Remove from heat and keep stirring.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Dip the toutons into the chocolate and allow to harden.</li>

These Vodka peppermint shots are way to easy to make. Luckily, we had a cold snowy day to make these but they still work if you pop them in the freezer. I like cold drinks. I dislike anything at room temperature. I put the Smirnoff Vodka out in the snow for most of the afternoon. I wanted to serve the shots after 9pm. At around 5pm, I opened the bottles and poured in the vodka to the peppermint shot glasses and left them chilling outside in the snow.</div>

Mix all the ingredients together and stuff each greased pan with the meatloaf.<br />
Bake for 40 minutes on 325.<br />

Remove from oven and allow to set up for about 30 minutes.<br />
Pour a mixture of equal parts water, ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar over the meatloaf.<br />

Boil your potatoes and drain.<br />
Add oregano, sprinkles of pepper, onion and garlic powder.<br />
Use a mixer to blend everything together.<br />
Scoop out the potato and place on top of the mini meatloaf.<br />
I used 2 scoops for each meatloaf.<br />
Place back into the oven on 325 and allow to brown.<br />
Pour a little more sauce over the mini meatloaf mountains after they have been served.<br />
