INGREDIENTS
- sliced tomatoes
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- parsley flakes
- Italian seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spray baking sheet (any cooking spray) and arrange tomato slices.
- No tomato was wasted in this little episode.
- I threw the leftover pieces in with my lunch salad.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients to make a paste-like mixture.
- Spoon the mix on top of tomato slices.
- Bake, on the top rack, at 350 for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and nicely browned.
