BAKED CHEESY TOMATOES


INGREDIENTS
  • sliced tomatoes
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • parsley flakes
  • Italian seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Spray baking sheet (any cooking spray) and arrange tomato slices.
  2. No tomato was wasted in this little episode.
  3. I threw the leftover pieces in with my lunch salad.
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients to make a paste-like mixture.
  5. Spoon the mix on top of tomato slices.
  6. Bake, on the top rack, at 350 for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and nicely browned.
