FRIED AND BAKED BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS, CABBAGE AND MUSHROOMS
1lb lean pork, chopped
½ cabbage chopped
2 tbsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper
1 can mushrooms (pieces)
½ cup of your favorite bbq sauce
Brown the pork and add cabbage and seasonings, and cook over medium heat for 30-45 minutes.
Add a can of mushrooms and bbq sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
I fried the chops first in a small amount of canola oil, with salt and pepper and onion powder sprinkled on.
When they were nice and brown I coated both sides with bbq sauce and baked them in the oven for another 30 minutes.
I served fried cabbage and fries cooked in the Acti-fry with the chops.
