I cut up a moose roast in thin slices, put them in a bowl with 1 tbs. minced garlic, 2 tbs. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. of black pepper. I set this aside to marinate.
I put 1 can beef broth, 3 tbs. soy sauce, 2 1/2 tbs. cornstarch in a small bowl. I mixed that and set it aside.
In a large skillet, I added 1 tbs. oil, added a can of sliced mushrooms, 1 cup of chopped onion and 2 bags of broccoli florets and fried for 5 minutes. In another large skillet I added 1 tbs. oil, the meat and marinade and fried until the meat was no longer pink. Then I made space in the middle and added the broth mix, stirring until thickened and the meat was mixed in. Then I put the broccoli in and stirred until everything was well blended together.
