BACON WRAPPED ASPARAGUS BUNDLES




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 package bacon
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wrap bundles of 3-4 pieces of asparagus with a slice of bacon.
  3. Place bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles into greased casserole dish.
  4. In a small sauce pan, melt butter and add brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour brown sugar/butter mixture over asparagus bundles.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes
