QUICK LUNCH FOR 1


INGREDIENTS
  • oil
  • chopped onions
  • chopped cooked chicken
  • chopped peppers
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons sweet onion dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Lightly cook the onions to soften.
  2. Add the chicken, peppers and mushrooms and continue cooking for another few minutes.
  3. Pour the dressing on and stir until all heated. Serve and enjoy!
