INGREDIENTS
- Green pea sauce
- 1 can green peas
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- Bring to a boil and add 2 tablespoons corn starch (diluted in water)
- and allow to boil and thicken to make a rich, creamy, delicious sauce.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a baking tray with foil.
- Place cod fish on tray.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the top and a squirt of lemon juice.
- Sprinkle some bread crumbs over each piece and add cheese.
- I did half with grated Parmesan and half with cheddar/mozzarella.
- Bake for half an hour at 350.
- I served mashed potatoes and roast veggies with the fish.
- I topped everything off with a simple sauce that my sister Jean (Candi’s mom) used to serve with her fish.
