This was another recipe I found in an old SPCA cookbook we bought. It was the first time I made it and the boys loved it. It is called Chicken in a Hurry. I didn’t make up the name.
Place your chicken into a pan.
Add a mixture of 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 up of ketchup together and pour over your chicken.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over the ketchup.
Sprinkle your chopped onion over the soup mix.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at about 325.

Serve the leftover onion and ketchup juice on top of mashed potatoes or even fries.
