This recipe is so easy --> Cook the chicken as you normally would. You can add sauce to it as it cooks or you can leave it as is. When the chicken is cooked you can start to pull it. You can use a fork or shred it in your hands. Once the chicken has been pulled, I pour a few splashes of cooking wine into a frying pan and I place the chicken in the pan. I add the spices, the soya sauce and the red, green and yellow peppers. I add the vegetables and just as I am about finished I add the sesame seed oil. I normally serve this over a chicken fried rice.
