INGREDIENTS
- 2 lg.chicken breasts..sliced and diced
- oil..I used zesty Italian light dressing to fry the chicken in
- ½ cabbage
- 2 celery sticks chopped
- 1 pack frozen veggies
- stir fry noodles
- oriental sauce mix
- 2 tbs. corn starch in ½ cup of water
- soya sauce, salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the cut up chicken in oil, add cabbage and enough water to keep it from drying up. Simmer for 10-15 minutes and then add veggies and whatever seasonings you choose. Add water as needed. Simmer for another 15 minutes and mix the oriental sauce mix packet with a little water and add to the pot. When it comes to a gentle boil again add the cornstarch and stir until the sauce thickens. I threw the noodles on top then and turned off the burner and let sit for 5 minutes until the noodles had softened.
