- white wine

- Wash and slice your potatoes.
- Lay them down on a cookie sheet.
- Cube half a cup of butter and sprinkle it around the pan.
- Sprinkle with pepper, onion and garlic powder.
- Bake for 35 minutes, turn over and bake for another 35 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Throw your pork chops into a plastic bag.
- Pour in about a cup of white wine.
- Sprinkle pepper, onion and garlic powder into the bag.
- Shake and allow to soak for a few hours or over night if you have time.
- When you are about to cook the pork, you can pour everything into the frying pan.
- Allow to simmer on 3 for about 25 minutes with the cover on.
