INGREDIENTS
- broccoli
- 2 tbsp. melted margarine
- grated cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the broccoli (uncut) for 6-8 minutes in salted water.
- Cut the stems off and arrange the florets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle the margarine over the top (I tossed it a little to coat) and then sprinkle your favorite cheese over the top.
- Put the dish under the broiler until the cheese is all melted and bubbly.
- I served it with an oven bbq’ed pork chop, and it was a big hit on this stormy day!
