EASY CHEESY BROCCOLI


INGREDIENTS
  • broccoli
  • 2 tbsp. melted margarine
  • grated cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Boil the broccoli (uncut) for 6-8 minutes in salted water.
  2. Cut the stems off and arrange the florets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the margarine over the top (I tossed it a little to coat) and then sprinkle your favorite cheese over the top.
  4. Put the dish under the broiler until the cheese is all melted and bubbly.
  5. I served it with an oven bbq’ed pork chop, and it was a big hit on this stormy day!
