LUNCH– PLAIN AND SIMPLE


INGREDIENTS
  • pre-cut stir fry veggies
  • light zesty italian dressing
  • dry ranch dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. I cooked the veggies in the light italian dressing..adding a little water as it was cooking to keep it from going too dry.
  2. When it was almost done I added a few sprinkles of dry ranch dressing mix.
  3. A very tasty and healthy lunch ready in minutes.
