SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE FRY


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 stick butter (or the equivalent in margarine)
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cabbage chopped
  • cooked sausage
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Melt butter, add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and cook for 25 minutes (or until cooked to your liking) on medium heat.
  3. I used Aylmer Accents garlic and olive oil tomatoes. Great lunch!
