PEPPER BOAT CASSEROLE


INGREDIENTS
  • 4 peppers
  • 1 tray of lean ground beef
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 packets beef OXO
  • onion powder
  • 1-2 cups grated cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fry the ground beef, minced garlic, mushrooms, .oxo powder, and onion powder until the beef is fully cooked.
  2. Slice the peppers in half and clean out the inside.
  3. Arrange the pepper boats in a baking pan.
  4. Fill each half with ground beef mixture, allowing the extra to fill in the bottom of the pan.
  5. Cover the top with grated cheese, and spoon the entire bottle of sauce over everything.
  6. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
