INGREDIENTS
- 4 peppers
- 1 tray of lean ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 packets beef OXO
- onion powder
- 1-2 cups grated cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fry the ground beef, minced garlic, mushrooms, .oxo powder, and onion powder until the beef is fully cooked.
- Slice the peppers in half and clean out the inside.
- Arrange the pepper boats in a baking pan.
- Fill each half with ground beef mixture, allowing the extra to fill in the bottom of the pan.
- Cover the top with grated cheese, and spoon the entire bottle of sauce over everything.
- Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
