SAUSAGE AND ASPARAGUS FRY


INGREDIENTS
  • Zesty Italian light salad dressing (no other seasoning needed)
  • asparagus
  • Central Park cheddar smokie 75 gm
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 lg. mushrooms sliced
  • ½ green pepper cut in pieces
  • 1 lg. tomato chunked
  • ¼ cup crumbled bacon
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Trim the asparagus, slice the sausage and cut up the other ingredients.
  2. Heat 3-4 tbsp. dressing and add all other ingredients except the tomato.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add tomato and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
