INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs and ¼ cup water mixed together
- flour mix:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. Club House dry ranch dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Dip the chops in the egg wash and then in the flour mix.
- Dip again in the egg, and one more time in the flour mix, pressing the chop into the flour mix to make it stick well.
- Heat oil in a large pan and place the chops in the oil.
- Fry on each side until fully cooked. I did about 15 minutes on each side.
