INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat up a little oil in your skillet.
- Add the pork and get a little sizzle going on both sides.
- Turn the skillet down and add the mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and seasoning’s.
- We used coarse black pepper which is a favorite.
- A few sprinkles of garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes.
- Allow to simmer for about 12 minutes on 3.
- Don’t forget to turn your pork over after 6 minutes.
- Serve with baked potato wedges.
