INGREDIENTS
- 4 packs OXO beef flavor
- ½ head cabbage chopped
- diced carrot and turnip
- red and green pepper finely chopped
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup green onion chopped
- 1 can chick peas (little protein)
- 1 cup skinny soup egg noodles
- 1 lg. can diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- I put everything in the pot (except the peas and noodles) and boiled for 1 hour.
- I added the chick peas and cooked a few minutes longer.
- I threw in the noodles and turned off the burner.
