WEIGHT LOSS SOUP


INGREDIENTS
  • 4 packs OXO beef flavor
  • ½ head cabbage chopped
  • diced carrot and turnip
  • red and green pepper finely chopped
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup green onion chopped
  • 1 can chick peas (little protein)
  • 1 cup skinny soup egg noodles
  • 1 lg. can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic
  • salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. I put everything in the pot (except the peas and noodles) and boiled for 1 hour.
  2. I added the chick peas and cooked a few minutes longer.
  3. I threw in the noodles and turned off the burner.
