INGREDIENTS
- 1lb. boneless pork cut in thin pieces
- 4 cups cut up cabbage
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- ½ pk Club House dry ranch dressing mix
- salt and pepper
- onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brown the pork in 2 tbsp. oil, then add garlic and cabbage to the pan.
- Sprinkle on salt, pepper and onion powder and cook until the cabbage is to your liking, adding water to keep it from getting too dry and sticking on.
- Stir in the ranch dressing.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
