GARLIC PORK AND RANCH CABBAGE


INGREDIENTS
  • 1lb. boneless pork cut in thin pieces
  • 4 cups cut up cabbage
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • ½ pk Club House dry ranch dressing mix
  • salt and pepper
  • onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Brown the pork in 2 tbsp. oil, then add garlic and cabbage to the pan.
  2. Sprinkle on salt, pepper and onion powder and cook until the cabbage is to your liking, adding water to keep it from getting too dry and sticking on.
  3. Stir in the ranch dressing.
  4. Remove from heat and enjoy!
