Ingredients:
1 lemon cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup of water
1/2 cup oil
1 can apple pie filling
Mix cake mix, eggs, water and oil together and pour into a greased baking dish. Spoon the apples pie filling over the top. (I chopped the apple pieces first).
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Delicious hot or cold.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
