GRILLED VEGETABLES
I put a bunch of trimmed asparagus, 1 cut up red onion and sliced mushrooms in a bag along with 3 tbs oil, 2 tbs brown sugar, lemon pepper and sea salt. I shook the bag until all veggies were coated. I placed them on the grill and cooked for about 25 minutes. I added a cooked chicken breast and sprinkled grated parmesan cheese over all, cooked a few more minutes and removed from the grill. I had to put tinfoil around my grilling pan because the asparagus kept falling through. (punch holes in the tinfoil)
