I used precooked chicken strips, celery, cabbage, bell peppers, red onion and a homemade sauce consisting of soy sauce, pepper, garlic and onion powder, and red pepper flakes. I also used 2 packages of Mr. Noodles. Cheap, simple and the boys loved it. I served the bowls with egg rolls and it made them super happy.
