SWEET AND SOUR PINEAPPLE CHICKEN
3 pieces of baked chicken chunks
½ cup of pineapple juice
½ cup of pineapple chunks
⅓ cup vinegar
4 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup brown sugar
sprinkles black pepper, onion and garlic powder
Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
Add your chicken chunks to a baking pan.
Pour your sauce over the chicken.
Bake for about 40 minutes on 200 degrees.
You can turn the chicken over at the 20 minutes mark to continue to coat the chicken.
