GINGER SHRIMP STIR FRY





The Ginger Shrimp Stir fry is a favorite of my Dad’s. He likes all types of fish and crustaceans. We make our own ginger sauce but if you are running late, you can always pick up a bottle of ginger sauce and use that with your shrimp.

INGREDIENTS
  • fresh grated ginger
  • cooked shrimp
  • baby carrots
  • green and yellow beans
  • red onions
  • brown rice
  • corn starch
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Steam the rice, carrots and beans.
  2. In a frying pan, add the shrimp and red onion.
  3. Grate fresh ginger over the shrimp and cook on 4 for about 6 minutes.
  4. Add white wine.
  5. Add a ½ cup of water.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  7. Add the shrimp and onion to the rice.
