CHEESY ROASTED LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN AND VEGGIES






 So simple!
Ingredients:
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips 1 pk. frozen veggies 1 cup grated cheese lemon pepper spice
Fry up the chicken strips, until they are no longer pink. (I fried in light Zesty Italian dressing) Add the chicken and veggies in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with lemon pepper spice. Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover, sprinkle cheese evenly over the top and continue baking until cheese is melted. Add a sprinkle of salt, if needed.
