BACON CHEDDAR POTATO CAKES
INGREDIENTS
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 cups leftover potatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix everything together and form into patties. Fry about 4 minutes on each side
