BACON CHEDDAR POTATO CAKES


INGREDIENTS
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups leftover potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix everything together and form into patties. Fry about 4 minutes on each side
