ORIENTAL STYLE CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS
  • chicken breasts 3-4 chopped
  • 1 can pineapple chunks (drain and keep juice)
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • baby carrots and green beans

  • Fry up chicken pieces in a small amount of oil.
  • Add pineapple, pepper and broth.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes and then add carrots and beans.
  • Add the sauce and stir until thickened.

  • sauce:

  • juice from the pineapple
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. soy sauce
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. corn starch

  • mix all ingredients and stir until smooth
