INGREDIENTS
- 3 lb, chicken wings
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup mustard
- 2 tspns. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- I boiled the wings first and then I mixed the rest of the ingredients together.
- My trusty helper, aka Drake, brushed the sauce on the wings.
- Bake at 350 for ½ hour, basting them again about half-way through.
- I cooked the noodles, then added some salt, pepper, crushed garlic and onion powder (to your own taste) and fried them for a couple of minutes.
- The fries, cooked in the Actifry (oil free) are practically guiltless.
