HONEY MUSTARD WINGS WITH NOODLES AND FRIES



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lb, chicken wings
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup mustard
  • 2 tspns. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. I boiled the wings first and then I mixed the rest of the ingredients together.
  2. My trusty helper, aka Drake, brushed the sauce on the wings.
  3. Bake at 350 for ½ hour, basting them again about half-way through.
  4. I cooked the noodles, then added some salt, pepper, crushed garlic and onion powder (to your own taste) and fried them for a couple of minutes.
  5. The fries, cooked in the Actifry (oil free) are practically guiltless.
