INGREDIENTS
- 2 strips of Maple Lodge farms chicken bacon
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (I used an 8″ one)
- 1 fried egg
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- lettuce
- light ranch dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fry up the bacon..
- I used a tiny bit of oil in the pan..then fry the egg.
- When you flip the egg add the cheese, put a little ranch dressing on the tortilla, add lettuce, bacon and egg.
- Wrap it up and enjoy!
- The plain chicken bacon and egg was for the picky eater.
- The Maple Lodge chicken bacon is fully cooked.
- It just needs to be heated, and for 2 strips there’s only 60 calories and 6g of protein.
