WRAPTASTICS!



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 strips of Maple Lodge farms chicken bacon
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (I used an 8″ one)
  • 1 fried egg
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
  • lettuce
  • light ranch dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fry up the bacon..
  2. I used a tiny bit of oil in the pan..then fry the egg.
  3. When you flip the egg add the cheese, put a little ranch dressing on the tortilla, add lettuce, bacon and egg.
  4. Wrap it up and enjoy!
  5. The plain chicken bacon and egg was for the picky eater.
  6. The Maple Lodge chicken bacon is fully cooked.
  7. It just needs to be heated, and for 2 strips there’s only 60 calories and 6g of protein.
