On my Pinterest hunt for chicken recipes I came across a photo of Sweet and Sour Chicken that looked very delicious. I followed through to the website from Life as a Lofthouse and decided to give it a try for my family.
This chicken is delicious. It takes a little fussing but it is well worth the effort.
You will need to cut your raw chicken into cubes.

Turn your oven on to pre-heat at 350.
Add a little oil to your skillet and heat to about 4-5.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on your chicken.
Dredge your chicken in the corn starch to make sure it is fully covered.
Dip the chicken into the 2 beaten eggs.
Add to your skillet and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.

In a baking pan you can mix up your sauce.
Add 3/4 cup sugar.
4-6 tablespoonfuls of ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic sauce

Whisk your sauce together and add your chicken to the pan.
Make sure all your chicken is coated in the sauce.

Bake your chicken for about an hour.
Don’t forget to turn the chicken over every 15-20 minutes.
Serve with fried rice and enjoy.
