BREAKFAST FLIP WRAP


INGREDIENTS
  • With a little oil I put ½ cup chopped onion ( I buy a large frozen bag already chopped) and 6 pieces of smoked cheddar sausage in a small skillet.
  • When the onions were softened I scrambled an egg into the mix.
  • I then put a small whole wheat tortilla over this just long enough to warm it.
  • Flip it out on a plate and add your favorite sauce. Very tasty!
