This was a Saturday staple in our home when Shaun got off work. He would fire up the BBQ and throw these handmade hamburgers on the grill. The hot sauce really gives them a zing. Mix all the ingredients together and form into patties. Roast a marshmallow while you wait for the burgers to cook. You have to have marshmallows whenever you BBQ, it is the law.

½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 heaping teaspoon of hot sauce
