CABBAGE AND BACON STIR-FRY



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • cut up cabbage
  • water
  • crumbled bacon
  • Club House stir-fry mix
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and add cabbage.
  2. Fry until cabbage is almost fried to your own preference, stirring and adding water to keep cabbage from drying.
  3. I added about a cup of crumbled bacon, and let cook for another few minutes.
  4. Then I added about a cup of water and the contents of the Club House Oriental stir-fry mix with a little salt and pepper.
