INGREDIENTS
- chicken (I used full legs)
- 4 OXO chicken packets
- cabbage
- carrot
- turnip
- salt and pepper
- onion flakes
- noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
- I boiled the chicken legs in the OXO and other seasonings.
- When they were cooked I removed the skin and bones and put the pieces of chicken back in the broth.
- I added chopped cabbage, carrot coins and diced turnip.
- When the veggies were almost cooked I added noodles and cooked for an extra 10 minutes.
