HOME-MADE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP



INGREDIENTS
  • chicken (I used full legs)
  • 4 OXO chicken packets
  • cabbage
  • carrot
  • turnip
  • salt and pepper
  • onion flakes
  • noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. I boiled the chicken legs in the OXO and other seasonings.
  2. When they were cooked I removed the skin and bones and put the pieces of chicken back in the broth.
  3. I added chopped cabbage, carrot coins and diced turnip.
  4. When the veggies were almost cooked I added noodles and cooked for an extra 10 minutes.
