SWEET AND SOUR PINEAPPLE MEATBALLS

Dad doesn’t clean his plate like he use to do. He has a hard time finishing whatever I put in front of him and it saddens me that he doesn’t enjoy food as much as before. Today however, was not one of those days. He liked that I used the full pineapple ring and loved the meat balls. He even wished there were more. It makes me happy when he likes the food I make.
