INGREDIENTS
- 1lb lean pork, chopped
- ½ cabbage chopped
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- onion powder
- 1 can mushrooms (pieces)
- ½ cup of your favorite bbq sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brown the pork and add cabbage and seasonings, and cook over medium heat for 30-45 minutes.
- Add a can of mushrooms and bbq sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- I fried the chops first in a small amount of canola oil, with salt and pepper and onion powder sprinkled on.
- When they were nice and brown I coated both sides with bbq sauce and baked them in the oven for another 30 minutes.
- I served fried cabbage and fries cooked in the Acti-fry with the chops.
