The Ginger Shrimp Stir fry is a favorite of my Dad’s. He likes all types of fish and crustaceans. We make our own ginger sauce but if you are running late, you can always pick up a bottle of ginger sauce and use that with your shrimp.
INGREDIENTS
- fresh grated ginger
- cooked shrimp
- baby carrots
- green and yellow beans
- red onions
- brown rice
- corn starch
INSTRUCTIONS
- Steam the rice, carrots and beans.
- In a frying pan, add the shrimp and red onion.
- Grate fresh ginger over the shrimp and cook on 4 for about 6 minutes.
- Add white wine.
- Add a ½ cup of water.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- Add the shrimp and onion to the rice.
