INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 tbsp. Zesty Italian lite dressing
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 large chopped mushroom
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- I “fried” everything in the salad dressing and when it was cooked to my liking I sprinkled a few tablespoons of grated cheese over the top.
- When the cheese was melted I put it on a plate and ate it all. It was so tasty that no other seasoning was required.
