HEALTHY “FRIED” LUNCH


INGREDIENTS
  • 2-3 tbsp. Zesty Italian lite dressing
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ chopped green pepper
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 large chopped mushroom
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. I “fried” everything in the salad dressing and when it was cooked to my liking I sprinkled a few tablespoons of grated cheese over the top.
  2. When the cheese was melted I put it on a plate and ate it all. It was so tasty that no other seasoning was required.
