PEPPER CUPS


INGREDIENTS
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices pepper (any color)
  • 2 mushrooms chopped
  • 2 tbsp. crumbled bacon
  • salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put a little oil in a frying pan and add 2 slices of pepper.
  2. Break an egg into the center of each.
  3. I added some crumbled bacon and mushroom as a side.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
  6. I spread about a tablespoon of honey mustard over the bacon and mushrooms. Delicious way to start the day.
