I loved this recipe and I think it would be a tasty treat to serve with sour cream or ranch dressing as a dip. Try and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 8 medium potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
- ⅓ cup melted butter or margarine
- salt, pepper and garlic powder
- grated parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spread the melted butter (I used margarine) evenly over a baking pan.
- I just covered a pan with heavy duty tin foil.
- Sprinkle the cheese and spices evenly over the melted butter.
- Place the potatoes face down on the pan.
- I used the extra butter that was between the potato halves and basted the top (peel side).
