CORNFLAKE CRUSTED CHICKEN WITH TWICE BAKED POTATOES


INGREDIENTS
  • chicken breast with the bone in
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • cornflake crumbs

  • Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Oregano
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place your chicken breast in your pan.
  2. Sprinkle pepper, onion powder and garlic powder on your chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the corn flake crumbs on top.
  4. Cook on 350 for about 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Spray with water and sprinkle more corn flake crumbs.
  7. Bake for another 30 minutes.
  8. The potatoes were boiled as usual.
  9. I drained them and chunked them up.
  10. I added butter, oregano, pepper, onion and garlic powder on top.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes.
