INGREDIENTS
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup divided into ¼ and ¾ lots
- 1lb. ground beef
- ⅓ cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- ¼ cup onion–finely chopped
- 1½ cups sliced mushrooms
- seasoning to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ¼ mushroom soup, meat, crumbs, egg, onion, and seasoning.
- Shape into patties and brown in skillet.
- Pour off any grease.
- Stir in remaining mushroom soup and the sliced mushrooms.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
