PINEAPPLE CHICKEN


I used a tray of wings and cut up 2 chicken breasts.
Ingredients: chicken 2-3 tbsp butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup ketchup 1 can crushed pineapple (I mistakenly picked up tidbits) Place chicken in roaster. Place all other ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer. Pour over the chicken. Cook, uncovered, at 350 for 1/2 hour. Cover and cook for another 1/2 hour. Baste often. Serve over a bed of rice or noodles.
