Ingredients"
12 small potatoes, scrubbed and cut in chunks
1 pouch of Ranch dry dressing mix
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup crumbled bacon
2 tbs oil
In a large plastic bag put potatoes, oil, and ranch dressing, shake to coat potatoes.
Spray heavy duty foil with cooking spray. Lay potatoes on the foil. Add the bacon and cover in cheese. Fold the ends of the foil to completely cover the potatoes. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Open up the foil for the last 10 minutes.
