SCRAMBLED BRUNCH (for 2)







Ingredients:
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms 1 cup chopped peppers sliced sausage (I used about a half of a New York smokie from Walmart) 2 tbs oil 1 tbs soy sauce 3 tbs. crumbled bacon 3 eggs grated cheese
Put oil in skillet and fry everything except the eggs and cheese. Add the eggs and stir until cooked. Top with grated cheese, stir through until melted.
