TWICE COOKED LOADED VEGETABLES








Just using up assorted veggies I had in the fridge.
Ingredients: about 1 cup of each
broccoli cauliflower snap peas peppers
Boil veggies for 10 minutes. While they are cooking mix together: 1 pk cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup grated cheese, 1 cup chopped green onion, 1 cup crumbled bacon and salt and pepper to taste. Drain the veggies and stir into the cream cheese mixture. Place into a greased casserole and top with another 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350.
