BAKED CHEESY TOMATOES
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
Spray baking sheet (any cooking spray) and arrange tomato slices.
No tomato was wasted in this little episode.
I threw the leftover pieces in with my lunch salad.
Combine the rest of the ingredients to make a paste-like mixture.
Spoon the mix on top of tomato slices.
Bake, on the top rack, at 350 for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and nicely browned.
