  • 1-2 lbs. bologna chunk
  • onion
  • carrot
  • turnip
  • potatoes
  1. Cut bologna into cubes (I could only get slices today).
  2. Fry some chopped onion in a couple of tbsp.of oil.
  3. Add bologna and fry until lightly browned.
  4. Toss in the carrot and turnip and some water.
  5. Let boil for 10 minutes and then add the potato.
  6. Add enough water to make sure everything is covered.
  7. When the veggies are cooked, mix 2 tbsp. cornstarch with ½ cup of water and I added a couple of drops of gravy browning.
  8. Slowly stir into the stew until it thickens.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  10. Really delicious served with ketchup on top!
