LEFTOVER CHICKEN ROTINI PARMESAN BAKE




Leftovers, who likes them?

I baked chicken the day before and made extra to include in this dinner. I boiled the rotini. Once it was done I pulled out a baking dish and mixed the rotini with a spaghetti sauce. I added in the leftover chicken. I also added chopped cherry tomato and celery. I sprinkled ground Parmesan throughout the bake and on the top. I also sprinkled ground pepper, onion powder and garlic powder throughout. I baked it in the oven for about 30 minutes on 325. Serve with garlic bread and enjoy.
